The way this cartoon ends kind of reminds me of that one episode of The Simpsons where Dr. Nick has to perform open-heart surgery and it quick cuts a couple of times to Homer being hauled off in an ambulance.
In fact, as I can recall, I think Poppy had a hand in this. I remember him telling a story about someone who cut themselves trying to prove the same point as our protagonist in this adventure.
