Two years, two comics, and two Heisman trophies I'll never win.
Here is a list of other childhood dreams of mine that will never come to fruition: hitting a home run in a major league park, becoming an astronaut, being anything other than a cartoonist, being a spy/secret agent, to be able to do even just one pull-up, tying my shoes the right way (not bunny-ears), and, finally, being a respectable and respected human being.
Overall, a great cartoon. But I was disappointed with Rock Stern. I've come to expect better name humor from this cartoon. What about Brock Hardcock, or Rod Zinmpressive.
ReplyDeleteWhat are you talking about?! Rock Stern is an awesome name for a quarterback. Think: What are the two words that describe the great quarterbacks of all time? Men like Bart Starr and Roger Staubach, and the great Johnny Unitas. Strong men. Serious men. Strong. Serious. Rocks are strong. Stern means serious. Rock. Stern. Rock Stern!
