I've used this gray (grey?) background technique in all of my comics this week. It's kind of depressing, calling to mind the bleak worldview shared by most of my characters. What does everyone think? I like it.

ReplyDeleteif you're going to stick with the grey, i'd color the people a little bit. maybe some reds or blues.
ReplyDeleteSee, I don't know though. It has sort of a John and Faith Hubley aesthetic, circa Moonbird. Coloring the characters might cheapen the style.
